Project Overview
The Housing Authority of the County of Monterey needed a complete website redesign that could present a large amount of important housing and community information in a clear, professional, and accessible way. We transformed the website with a refreshed visual identity inspired by the organization’s logo and brand colors, redesigned page layouts, improved content organization, and dedicated pages for its programs, services, resources, and community information.
Our Approach
Our approach focused on combining clarity, accessibility, and visual consistency. We developed a cohesive design system around HACM’s existing brand, carefully organizing text, imagery, resources, and calls-to-action across individual pages to make important information easier to find. Beyond the redesign, we continue to support HACM with ongoing website and social media updates, including publishing board meeting information and links, community announcements, and other timely resources. The result is a more organized and user-friendly digital presence that can evolve alongside the organization.
